Rick Tabbi joined Friedman Integrated Real Estate Solutions in April 2010. He focuses on commercial landlord and tenant representation for lease evaluation, new lease negotiations and investment sales throughout metro-Detroit. He manages diverse transactions on behalf of clients ranging from complicated lease renewals to land site selection and negotiation for build-to-suit requirements. Rick is a twelve year real estate veteran with a background in commercial and multi-family development and construction. After attending Grand Valley State University, Rick worked for a prominent local developer/builder, focusing on leasing and sales. Rick is known for his aggressive approach to canvassing and prospecting, and is an integral part of Friedman’s renowned real estate professionals in southeast Michigan.
